At Coles Healthcare Consulting, we work with healthcare organizations to articulate a coherent, effective strategy to deal with the challenges of our rapidly changing healthcare marketplace.

Our strategic planning process includes detailed assessments of both the marketplace and the organization’s strengths and weaknesses. We then conduct a comprehensive evaluation of potential organizational challenges, develop prioritized strategies for overcoming these challenges, and provide a detailed financial analysis to ensure sustainability.  Lastly, we implement an action plan that includes accountability timelines.
